Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Miami Tech Solution. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment or starting a service.

1. Website Service Plans

Starter and Business Packages

The Starter and Business website packages may be cancelled at any time by the client. During the first month of service, the client may cancel and request a 100% refund of the amount paid for that first month.

After the first month, payments made for current or previous billing periods are non-refundable. If the client cancels after the first month, the service will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for.

E-Commerce Package

The E-Commerce package requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months. By purchasing this package, the client agrees to remain responsible for the full payment of the six-month minimum term.

If the client chooses to terminate the agreement before the end of the six-month term, the client must pay the remaining balance due through the completion of the six-month minimum commitment.

The E-Commerce package is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under this package, including in the event of early cancellation.

2. IT Support On-Demand

Any IT Support On-Demand service provided by Miami Tech Solution is offered without guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Due to the nature, complexity, and unpredictability of information technology systems, software environments, hardware behavior, third-party services, network conditions, cybersecurity risks, and user actions, Miami Tech Solution cannot guarantee that an issue will not reoccur after a repair, configuration, optimization, or troubleshooting service has been performed.

The recurrence of an issue does not automatically indicate negligence, improper work, or fault by the technician. Many IT issues may reappear due to factors beyond the technician’s control, including but not limited to software conflicts, operating system changes, hardware degradation, manufacturer defects, third-party updates, network interruptions, malware, user misuse, or environmental factors.

By purchasing IT Support On-Demand services, the client acknowledges and accepts these limitations.

3. Ongoing IT Support Services

Any ongoing IT support service, managed support agreement, maintenance plan, or recurring support arrangement offered by Miami Tech Solution will be governed by a separate written contract.

In such cases, the pricing, scope of work, guarantees, service levels, response times, obligations, limitations, and any other applicable terms will be defined exclusively in that separate agreement.

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to ongoing IT support services unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

4. Payment and Acceptance

By submitting payment for any Miami Tech Solution service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment of an invoice, subscription, or payment link shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Changes to Terms

Miami Tech Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updated version will become effective upon being posted on this website, unless otherwise stated.
